    Well done ITV... after 120 minutes of tense football between Liverpool and Everton you contrive to miss the crucial winning goal. Why? A dose of advertising. As the BT advert smuggly chorused 'Is there anything worse than losing your broadband connection?' I could only reply 'Yes, ITV's FA cup coverage'. I'll listen on BBC Five live next time thanks.
